Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the My Card Oman platform ("the Service") by the cafés, restaurants and shops that run cards on it ("you", "your business") and by the customers who add a loyalty card. By creating a business on the platform or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
My Card Oman provides digital loyalty cards that customers add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, tools for staff to award stamps or points, and a dashboard for owners. We provide the Service on an "as available" basis and may improve or change it over time.
2. Accounts & your responsibilities
- You are responsible for activity under your business account and for keeping staff access secure.
- You will honour the rewards you configure and offer to your customers.
- You will use the Service lawfully and will not attempt to disrupt it, probe it, or access data belonging to other businesses.
3. Customer data
Customers provide a phone number to link their card. You act as the controller of your customers' data and agree to handle it in line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and our Privacy Policy. Collect only what you need and only for loyalty purposes.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed per location as shown at sign-up, after any free trial. Fees are stated in Omani Rial. You may cancel at any time; the Service continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to defraud customers, issue rewards you do not intend to honour, or send unsolicited marketing. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or put customers at risk.
6. Availability & liability
We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, My Card Oman is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your business at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
